Sign up for this workshop in your second month after birth to take this workshop between 4 and 6 months.
This is a fun and informative class about introducing your little person to big people food. Donna's approach helps you and your baby nurture a healthy relationship with food and ignites a sense of adventure for both you and your infant.
We will discuss signs of readiness, allergies and sensitivities, family recipes, global flavors, and tricks and tips for getting your baby off to a great start. We cover and compare the three schools of first foods:
1.Purees
2.Graduating texture and size
3. Baby Led Weaning
You will leave the class with new recipes for the whole family and be inspired to go home and get cooking. Class will include some cooking demos, samples and optional participation.
This class provides an overview of:
Identifying baby's readiness for first foods
Choosing nutritious options and key nutrients
Preparing first foods (Optional hands-on participation!)
Nurturing an adventurous and confident eater
Gain confidence and know that you are providing safe foods and good nutrition from the very start.
