Self pay options for lactation consultation

• Home Lactation Consultation, 90 minutes -- $300 per session
• Office Lactation Consultation, 90 minutes  -- $200 per session
• Telehealth Lactation Consultation, 90 minutes -- $150 per session
• Short Session, phone, video or office -- $40 per 15 minutes. ‘Quick Questions’, Follow-up appointments, and small problems are scheduled using short sessions.

Sliding scale

If your household income is less than $75,000 I offer a sliding scale.

• Home Lactation Consultation, 90 minutes -- $175-275 per session
• Office Lactation Consultation, 90 minutes  -- $100-175 per session
• Telehealth Lactation Consultation, 60 minutes -- $75-125 per session
• Short Session, phone, video or office -- $20-35 per 15 minutes. ‘Quick Questions,’ Follow-up appointments, and small problems are scheduled using short sessions.

Travel fees for Far, Far, Away Land

My office is in Highland, NY. Use Google Maps for reference. I do offer home lactation consultations in Far, Far, Away Land and I will travel up to 90 minutes.

My travel fee is:

• No fee up to 35 minutes away
• $30 for 36-45 minutes away
• $50 for 46-60 minutes away
• $80 for 61-90 minutes away

I accept the following forms of payment:

Insurance pre-approval, approved TLN contract, cash, check, credit card, gift card, Venmo, PayPal, and Flex/HSA cards. Please let me know your preference on the intake form. You will still need a debit/credit/HSA card on file.

I require a debit/credit card on file to schedule an appointment.

Your debit/credit/HSA card is used as payment source, or backup payment source, for your appointment, or in the event of a last-minute cancellation. 

It can also be used to pay for lactation supplies, travel fees, and appointment fees if you prefer the convenience.

Cancellation fees

There is a $100 appointment cancellation fee with fewer than 24 hours notice, or your appointment can be rescheduled at no charge.

With more than 24 hours in advance, there is no charge for cancellation. Prepaid appointments will be fully refunded.

Lactation Packages 

3 session In-home Lactation Consultation Package, (must be used within one year.)
Request an appointment and you will be invoiced -- $700

One Year Unlimited Support Package includes Prenatal Breastfeeding Class, 3 in-home Lactation Consultations, unlimited phone, video and text messages and online support forum. -- $2700.
